Winners of this year's Readers' Choice awards will for the first time be announced on a multi-media platform. In addition to the complete list of winners in the June 2009 issue of Midwest Gaming & Travel magazine, winners of prominent gaming and hospitality categories will be released on cable television stations, social networking internet sites and in daily and regional newspapers across America's Heartland.

The other major change for 2009 is the way people can cast their ballots. In addition to voting for their favorite properties on the ballots in the March 2009 issue of Midwest Gaming & Travel, for the first time, selections can be made on the internet. Instructions in the March issue tell readers how they can cast their votes on the magazine's website uzbekistan-tour.midwestgamingandtravel.com. "In this internet savvy age, it is a natural progression, and a response to readers requests," said Jaeger.
